This property in Rockport, MA was so overgrown with thorn bushes and scrap trees that the owners could not see a significant drop off in the terrain.
The job was to:
- clear away all over-growth & trees,
- deconstruct a large granite hill,
- enlarge a rip rap border wall,
- remove the scrap vegetation
- reposition rip rip along the house to increase parking area
- regrade the entrance driveway
- lay down a stone driveway and then
- grade the entire property.
